Development Bureau seeks revitalisation proposals for European houses at The Peak

It is a Grade 1 historic building constructed in 1887.

The Development Bureau has invited revitalisation proposals for one of the oldest surviving European houses located at No. 23 Coombe Road at The Peak. 

Constructed in 1887, it is a Grade 1 historic building included in Batch VII of the Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme

Guided tours will be arranged for interested non-profit-making organisations NPOs on 15 October. Also, a workshop to learn about the application procedures and assessment criteria will be held on 17 October.

Online registration is open until 9 October, whilst the application deadline is by 2 January 2025.
