Check out these two home sites up for sale

Tenders start on 25 October.

In a report, the Lands Department announced that two residential sites in the 2013-14 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. Tenders for both will open on October 25 and close on December 6.

The two sites are Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 490 at Castle Peak Road, Tai Lam, and Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 495 at Kwun Fung Street, Siu Lam. Both are designated for private residential purposes.

The Tai Lam lot has a site area of 2,050 square metres, with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 1,599 and 2,665 square metres.

The Siu Lam lot has a site area of 1,960 square metres, with minimum and maximum gross floor areas of 471 and 784 square metres.

The final conditions of sale will be uploaded to the Lands Department website by October 25, when the tender's particulars will also be gazetted.
