In a report, the Lands Department announced two residential sites in the 2013-14 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.
The two sites are Sha Tin Town Lot No.578 in Area 56A, Kau To, Sha Tin, and Inland Lot No.9049 on Sik On Street, Wan Chai.
The tender invitation will start on August 2 and close on September 13.
The Sha Tin lot has a site area of 17,476 square metres, and the minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 19,484 and 32,474 sq m.
The Wan Chai lot has a site area of 208 sq m, and the minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 624 and 1,040 sq m.
