In a report, the Lands Department announced two residential sites in the 2013-14 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.

The two sites are Tuen Mun Town Lot No.498 at Wu On Street, Area 44, Tuen Mun, and Lot No.1003 in Demarcation District No.40 at the junction of Shun Lung Street and Shun Cheong Street, Sha Tau Kok.

The tender invitation will start on August 30 and close on October 11.

The Tuen Mun lot has a site area of 2,231 square metres and is designated for non-industrial purposes. The minimum gross floor area is 6,937 square metres, and the maximum gross floor area for non-industrial purposes is 6,690 square metres. At least 220 residential units must be built.

The Sha Tau Kok lot has a site area of 3,344 square metres and is designated for non-industrial purposes. The minimum and maximum gross floor areas are 7,223 and 12,038 square metres. At least 240 residential units must be built.
