It boasts of a 25-metre pool and jacuzzi.

According to a release, RESIDENCE 88 in the heart of Yuen Long is the first project in the RESIDENCE series and developer Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) has announced the outstanding design, unique facilities, personalized service and management planned for Club MAX in RESIDENCE 88. It will boast a standard on par with six-star hotels and offer residents a new experience.

Mrs Teo said that SHKP will spend over $100 million on Club MAX. The clubhouse, landscaped area and open space will cover 36,000 square feet and will feature some of the most popular facilities like indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gymnasium, café and presidential villa. Club MAX will be on the ground floor of tower one with an entire side of floor-to-ceiling windows, water features and landscaping to add a touch of elegance to the environment. The interior of the clubhouse will be in hues of orange and purple to match the rest of the development, with materials such as high-quality stone, steel and wood comparable to the best hotels.

The walls in orange and neat ceiling design of the clubhouse lobby will lend a harmonious beauty to the room and a distinctive metal front desk will add another dimension of tastefulness.

Club MAX will have a presidential VILLA that is the largest party house in the neighbourhood with a total gross area of 2,500 square feet. It will be an extravagant poolside cabana with a living / dining room and kitchen, an outdoor pool and a game room. It will be an ideal venue for poolside BBQ parties and Club MAX will offer event planning for unforgettable private celebrations.

The 88 CAFÉ will have floor-to-ceiling windows that allow patrons to enjoy the fine fare and the view of the outdoor pool. It will also offer home delivery from noon to 9:00 pm so that residents can indulge themselves in the comfort of their home.

The indoor heated swimming pool will measure 16 metres and have floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights providing ample sun. Outside will be the 25-metre pool and jacuzzi. The clubhouse will also have two individual SPA rooms where residents can enjoy a soothing private massage.

The Meet, Amuse and Xcite elements of Club MAX will also be found in facilities such as a party room, gym and private training room, library and children’s play room, making Club MAX a perfect place for individuals and families to spend pleasant hours.
