2 pre-sale consents issued in January 2011

One pre-sale consent is for a residential development and one for commercial.

According to Hong Kong Information Services Department, the residential development involves 459 units in So Kwun Wat, Tuen Mun, due for completion in September.

At the end of January the department had 18 applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted residential units and two applications for pre-sale consent for uncompleted commercial developments pending approval.

The residential applications involved 7,067 units. Among them, four developments involving 982 units will be completed this year. Twelve applications involving 5,971 units will be completed next year.

The department is also processing one application for consent to assign involving 1,368 residential units and one for a commercial development.
