Mayer Brown establishes two independent law firms in HK

Mayer Brown Hong Kong LLP comprises more than 20 lawyers.

Mayer Brown reorganised its Asia office platform with the establishment of Mayer Brown Hong Kong LLP (MBHK), and the re-establishment of Johnson Stokes & Master (JSM), as two independent Hong Kong-based law firms.

MBHK comprises more than 20 lawyers, focused on Asian and global practices reflecting the company’s priorities including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, finance, cybersecurity, projects and infrastructure, insurance, and energy.

It will be led by capital markets partner and managing partner in Hong Kong Thomas Kollar.

Mayer Brown noted it will retain its offices in Singapore and Tokyo.
