It will be a 2-year term.

A working group has been formed to help the Secretary for Commerce & Economic Development find ways to promote Hong Kong as a hub for intellectual property trading, the Commerce & Economic Development Bureau announced today.

The group has been appointed for a term of two years with effect from today, and includes intellectual property creators, users and intermediaries, government representatives and the Trade Development Council.

It will advise on overall strategies to promote the development of Hong Kong as an intellectual property trading hub, and will help identify policy and support measures to facilitate intellectual property trading in Hong Kong.
