Excellence Singapore steps into HK, China market with new services

This aims to address the influx of Chinese businesses seeking business frameworks within Singapore.

Excellence Singapore Group has expanded to China and Hong Kong with the aim of broadening its one-stop business solutions services and presence in these markets amidst tightening business regulations.

This move introduces new services such as incorporation in Hong Kong, the US, the British Virgin Islands, and the Cayman Islands.

This initiative, announced in early September, aims to address the influx of Chinese businesses and entrepreneurs seeking business frameworks within Singapore, spurred by the pandemic’s impact on global commerce.

Other services include corporate secretarial support, trademark registration, specialised accounting and taxation services, and work visa applications, all designed to mitigate the complexities of regulatory environments in both regions.

This expansion also enables the group to support Singapore-based companies looking to navigate the Chinese market, offering personal data protection advisory, due diligence, and background checks to ensure streamlined cross-border operations.
