BVI Court sets March hearing for Road King unit's liquidation

This follows the company’s announcements since November 2025.

The BVI Court  has adjourned the winding up application against New Select Global Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Road King Infrastructure Limited, which will be heard on 16 March 2026, according to a regulatory announcement.

The court hearing will include an application for the appointment of provisional liquidators for the subsidiary.

Road King Infrastructure Limited issued announcements regarding the liquidation case on 21 November 2025, 19 January 2026, and 3 February 2026.
