The deadline for submissions is 14 March 2025 at noon.

The Housing Bureau has opened a tender for the operation and management of the Light Public Housing (LPH) project at Olympic Avenue, Kai Tak (Phase 1).

The deadline for submissions is 14 March 2025 at noon.

The project will be developed in two phases, providing 3,000 units by the fourth quarter of 2025 and 7,700 units by the third quarter of 2026.

The contract includes occupant management, property management, daily maintenance, social services, and management of ancillary facilities.

The Housing Bureau will evaluate tenders based on management capabilities, relevant experience, past performance, proposed operations, social service plans, and the use of innovation and technology. Tender price will also be a factor in the selection process.

The bureau invites tenders from all qualified service providers, including non-governmental organizations or collaborations between providers.

Tender documents can be downloaded from the Housing Bureau’s website or obtained through the e-Tendering System. Submissions can be made electronically or deposited in the Government Secretariat Tender Box at the Central Government Offices, Tamar.
