ShanCom Bank offers exclusive mortgages for Henderson buyers

Buyers are offered a cash rebate of up to 1.3% and first-year home insurance.

Shanghai Commercial Bank (ShanCom Bank) will provide exclusive mortgage services for buyers of Henderson Property developments.

Buyers of the residential developments “Highwood” and “One Victoria Cove” are offered mortgage rates as low as HIBOR +1.3% or Prime -2%, as well as cash rebate of up to 1.3%, the Hong Kong-based bank said in a statement.

Buyers are also offered first-year home insurance, and a repayment period of up to 30 years.

Shanghai Commercial Bank said that it has provided personalised, one-on-one consultation specialists for Henders Property’s customers. The specialists can provide loan-to-value ratio assessments and repayment period planning and assist in application.
