Second-stage of minimum wage consultation kicks off
Citizens can send views using an e-form or by post.
The second-stage consultation on the enhancement of the Statutory Minimum Wage mechanism has kicked off.
Under the second-round consultation, the Minimum Wage Commission will listen to the views of the public and stakeholding organisations in a "more focused manner."
The commission will review the feedback on the minimum wage mechanism until June 25.
Upon completion, the commission will consolidate and deliberate the views collected to put forth recommendations to the government and will submit a report by the end of October.
Citizens can send their views through an e-form via email or by fax to 2110 3518 or by post to the Minimum Wage Commission at 1/F, Harbour Building, 38 Pier Road, Central.
