Mox Bank names Philip Wong as chief commercial officer
Wong was a managing director at Standard Chartered.
Hong Kong’s Mox Bank has appointed Philip Yin Pui Wong as chief commercial officer.
Wong will oversee product P&L, brand, marketing, business analytics and customer experience.
He is expected to help drive Mox’s next phase of growth as a digital wealth bank.
Wong joins from Standard Chartered, where he was a managing director involved in customer experience in China as well as wealth AI advisory development.
He brings over 20 years of experience across wealth management, insurance, retail banking, investment banking and securities.
Prior to Mox and Standard Chartered, Wong has held senior executive roles at various financial institutions and has built a fintech company from the ground-up, Mox Bank said.
Wong said that he looks forward to building on Mox Bank’s strong foundation and working with the digital bank’s team.
