Landsea Green delays release of FY2025 interim results, suspends trading

 It faces operational challenges due to the departure of key employees.

Landsea Green Management Limited has announced the delay in the publication of its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 and the possible delay in the dispatch of its interim report due to staff shortage.

The company said certain key employees of the group, particularly in the financial reporting unit, have left the company. Despite the group’s efforts to recruit replacement staff, staff shortages in the financial reporting unit persist. This has led to the delay of its financial reporting.

The company also disclosed that due to staff shortage, its board meeting will be postponed until further notice. Trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will also be suspended from 1 September 2025.
