Lands Department registers 22 lease modifications in Q3

It also registered three land exchanges during the quarter.

The Lands Department has registered 22 lease modifications and three land exchanges in the Land Registry during the third quarter of the year.

The transactions were distributed across Hong Kong, with four on Hong Kong Island, 17 in Kowloon, and four in the New Territories. Of these, four had technical changes with no premium.

Additionally, four lots were granted by private treaty during the period including sites in Sai Ying Pun, Chek Lap Kok, Tin Shui Wai and Mong Kok.

It generated a total land premium of approximately $2.6b.
