Hongkong Land expands Shanghai flagship with Westbund Central Phase Two
New tenants include more than 600 international retail and lifestyle brands.
Hongkong Land Holdings Limited has opened Phase Two at Westbund Central, its flagship ultra-premium integrated commercial property in Shanghai's Xuhui District.
According to a press release, new tenants in the planned 1.7-million-square-metre development include more than 600 international retail and lifestyle brands, 180 food and beverage operators.
More than 50,000 sq. m. are also dedicated to cultural and art facilities, and 650,000 sq. m. for premium Grade A offices.
Around 12,000 sq. m. is already open, with an additional 30,000 square metres opening within this year.
Looking ahead, Phase Three will introduce a cluster of global luxury maison flagships to boost the district's international appeal further.
