Hong Kong’s EleBank to open local office in Causeway Bay

The office spans two floors and will be open from 10AM to 9PM daily.

EleBank, a Hong Kong-based digital bank, will open its first local office in Causeway Bay on 15 October 2026.

The local office is located on the ground floor of Hong Kong Mansion on Yee Wo Street, spanning two floors and over 1,600 square feet of space.

It will be open 7 days a week from 10AM to 9PM, offering account opening services, app feature tutorials, and customer support.

The office will also assist customers who require offline identity verification, said EleBank, previously known as Airstar Bank.

For customers who wish to avail of certain services, such as releasing funds from Money Safe and changing their mobile numbers, they will need to make an appointment one day in advance via the EleBank mobile app.

To celebrate the grand opening of the Causeway Bay physical branch, EleBank is rolling out limited-time promotions, including a lucky draw for customers who visit the store. Prizes include a gold ornament valued HK$500,000 and an 88% per annum HKD time deposit rate booster.

New customers who open a new account using the code “ELECWB” can get a gift package worth over HK$1,000 in total, including an 18% per annum HKD time deposit rate booster, stock award, cash vouchers, and spending rebates, amongst others.
