Felix Chan named Hong Kong Talent Engage director
He will focus on talent recruitment and retention.
Hong Kong Talent Engage (HKTE) has appointed Felix Chan as its new director, effective Thursday.
Labour & Welfare Secretary Chris Sun said Chan will play a key role in attracting and retaining talent to support Hong Kong’s development as a global hub.
Chan will lead HKTE’s outreach in Mainland China and overseas, including visits to Beijing, the UK and Switzerland.
The agency will work with universities, chambers of commerce, trade bodies and enterprises to promote Hong Kong and connect local employers with talent.
Chan was general manager of business development at the Tourism Board from 2020 to 2025, and previously held senior roles at the Trade Development Council and multinational firms.
