Dah Sing upgrades SME platform with multi-currency debit card rollout

The new card supports 11 currencies as digital banking usage tops 90%.

Dah Sing Bank has upgraded its “328 Business Banking” platform and launched a new multi-currency debit card for small and medium-sized enterprises, according to a press release. The changes expand digital banking and payment capabilities for SME customers.

The bank said more than 90% of new SME customers have adopted digital banking services. Account opening can take as fast as two business days, subject to documentation, verification and other requirements, according to the release.

Dah Sing said it will roll out the Dah Sing Business Multi-Currency Mastercard Debit Card from 26 January 2026. The card supports spending in 11 major currencies and does not charge foreign currency transaction fees for eligible online and physical merchant transactions conducted in those currencies.

The bank said the card offers a 0.6% basic cash rebate, subject to caps and terms, and may also include promotional rebate components as set out in the programme conditions. The debit card is linked to the upgraded SME banking platform, allowing customers to manage accounts, payments and balances digitally.

Dah Sing said it operates 20 SME-dedicated “328 Business Banking” centres across Hong Kong, including loan centres. The bank added that the platform upgrade and debit card launch form part of its SME banking services, according to the release.
