CTF Services to buy 65% stake in Blackhorn Group

The deal supports CTFS’s expansion in wealth management.

CTF Services Limited has agreed to acquire a 65% stake in Blackhorn Group Limited, a Hong Kong-based private wealth management firm.

The deal is part of CTFS’s plan to expand its financial services arm and build an integrated wealth management platform.

Blackhorn, founded in 2021, focuses on serving high-net-worth families and professional investors. It partners with major international private banks and institutions, offering services in wealth structuring and legacy planning.

CTFS said the acquisition will be combined with the insurance business of Chow Tai Fook Life Insurance and the digital brokerage of uSmart Inlet to create a one-stop platform covering insurance, investment banking, securities trading, financial planning, and asset management.
