CMAB opens applications for constitution scheme
The deadline for applications this year is 16 June.
The Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau (CMAB) has announced a new round of applications for the Constitution and Basic Law Promotion Activity & Research Sponsorship Scheme.
The scheme aims to promote the Constitution, Basic Law, National Security Law, and the “one country, two systems” principle.
Proposals related to Constitution Day, held on 4 December, will be given priority if scheduled within two weeks before or after the date. Applications that align with the Bureau’s designated theme will also be prioritised.
This year’s theme focuses on the success stories of “one country, two systems” in Hong Kong over the past 27 years. Areas of focus include innovation, technology, talent development, Hong Kong’s role as a financial center, national development, the Greater Bay Area, and related principles.
The deadline for applications in 2025 is 16 June.
