CK Hutchison Holdings’ Li Ka-shing remains top billionaire in HK – Forbes

The businessman logged a net worth of $292b over the past 12 months.

Forbes released its World’s Top Billionaires in 2024, with CK Hutchison Holdings’ Li Ka-shing leading the businessmen from Hong Kong who made it to the list.

According to the latest report, Li recorded a net worth of $290.94b, a slight decline from $296.4b in 2023. Overall, he ranked 38th.

The entrepreneur also landed on top of Forbes 50 richest individuals in Hong Kong.

He is followed by Henderson Land Development’s Lee Shau Kee with a net worth of $216.06b, down from $229.5b the previous year.

Completing the top 10 billionaires from Hong Kong were Contemporary Amperex Technology’s Robin Zeng, Wheelock & Co.’s Peter Woo, Chinese Estates’ Joseph Lau, Sun Hung Kai’s Kwong Siu-hing, Galaxy Entertainment Group’s Lui Che Woo, Investor Gong Hongjia, Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics’ Xu Hang, and Early Light International’s Francis Choi.
