Antom and XPENG add AlipayHK payments across 1,600 EV chargers

The service is available in Hong Kong and will expand to SEA markets later in 2026.

Ant International’s Antom and electric vehicle (EV) company XPENG to launch a charging payment function on the XPENG App in Hong Kong.

XPENG users in Hong Kong can scan a charging pile QR code, or initiate and end charging directly, using the app, according to a press release on 9 February 2026. Users can make the payments using AlipayHK.

XPENG partnered with Cornerstone Technologies and EV Power in Hong Kong to roll out the payment function across 1,600 public EV chargers.

Credit card payments will be available soon, the press release said.

The partnership will expand to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and additional global markets later in 2026. Antom will help XPENG enable DANA (Indonesia), Touch ‘n Go e-wallet (Malaysia), and TrueMoney (Thailand) payment methods
