Varadise secures $23.3m Series A funding

The funding round was led by Betatron Venture Group.

Construction tech company Varadise Limited has secured a Series A funding round led by Betatron Venture Group for $23.3m (US$3m), with XCap Partners acting as the sole financial advisor.

The funding round also includes investment from the Innovation and Technology Commission of the Hong Kong SAR Government

Varadise’s platform enhances building design, construction, and management by integrating advanced Digital Twin capabilities, Geographic Information System (GIS), Building Information Management (BIM), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and IoT sensors.

It enables organisations to optimise resource utilisation, supporting their environmental and sustainability goals.

Furthermore, Varadise will leverage Betatron's global network and industry expertise to accelerate its international expansion, including into Southeast Asia, Mainland China, and the Middle East.
