Horizon Robotics raises $5.41b in Hong Kong IPO

The company priced 1,355,106,600 shares at $3.99 each.

Horizon Robotics priced 1,355,106,600 shares in its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong at $3.99 apiece.

Of the total, 203.3 million shares will go to the public and 1.15 billion shares to international investors.

The public shares tranche was subscribed 33.83 times whilst the international shares tranche was subscribed 13.81 times.

The IPO raised $5.41b, the largest one in 2024. The stock opened 28% higher on the HKEX on 24 October with shares rising 38% to $5.50 from $3.99.
