Alibaba Health, Longfor Group, Haidilao Int'l to join Hang Seng Index

This comes after the company concluded the review of the Hang Seng Family Indexes for 4Q 2020.

Starting 15 March, the Hang Seng Index will include three new companies among its constituents, bringing the total number to 55.

The new companies in the index are Alibaba Health Information Technology Ltd., Longfor Group Holdings Ltd., and Haidilao International Holding Ltd.

The company also made changes in other indexes, such as Hang Seng China Enterprises Index and Hang Seng Tech Index.

Hang Seng China Enterprises Index will include the Country Garden Services Holdings Co. Ltd. and Nongfu Spring Co., Ltd. – H Shares. It will remove China Conch Venture Holdings Ltd, PetroChina Co. Ltd. - H Shares, Hengan International Group Co. Ltd. and China Resources Gas Group Ltd. These changes will also apply to the Hang Seng China Enterprises Smart Index.

The Hang Seng Tech Index, meanwhile, will include Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. - H Shares and GDS Holdings Ltd. – SW and remove Q Technology (Group) Co. Ltd., Maoyan Entertainment, XD Inc. and Yixin Group Ltd.

On the other hand, Hang Seng Composite Index will include CK Life Sciences Int'l., (Holdings) Inc., Shimao Services Holdings Ltd., Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. – B, China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services Ltd., and Ocumension Therapeutics – B and 31 others. However, 19 constituents will be removed from the index

Hang Seng China 50 Index will be including Xiaomi Corporation – W, JD.com, Inc. – SW, Nongfu Spring Co., Ltd. - H Shares, NetEase, Inc. – S, Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd., Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited, Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings Co., Ltd, and China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited.

Moreover, Hang Seng Stock Connect Greater Bay Area Composite Index will include Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Ltd., China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services Ltd., Man Wah Holdings Ltd., Evergrande Property Services Group Ltd., Blue Moon Group Holdings Ltd., Yeahka Ltd., Edifier Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Kedali Industry Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Grg Metrology & Test Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd., and Keshun Waterproof Technologies Co., Ltd.
