AXA partners with Prosper Health for cross-border cancer care

Benefits include second opinions, insurance pre-approval assistance, and P-to-P transfers. 

AXA Hong Kong and Macau has partnered with Prosper Health, a health insurance service provider under New Frontier Group, to launch the "Greater Bay Area (GBA) Cancer Medical Concierge Service Network," offering enhanced cross-border cancer treatment services for eligible customers. 

AXA's new service provides support for cancer treatment, including cashless arrangements, access to advanced medical facilities, and personalised case management.

The service is delivered in collaboration with United Family Hospitals in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, designated facilities within the GBA that comply with Hong Kong-registered drug and medical device standards. 

Through this partnership, eligible AXA customers can access a range of benefits, including second medical opinions, assistance with insurance pre-approvals, and point-to-point transportation services. 

Customers are also offered the option to stay at hospitals before and after treatments, ensuring a comfortable and supportive experience.
