2 in 5 workers concerned over AI use in admin work: survey

Demand for AI remains high with employers in 2024.

Around 44% of respondents have expressed concern with the emergence of AI models in replacing routine roles, as shown in a study from Robert Walters, a specialist professional recruitment firm.

The study revealed that more employers in Hong Kong are considering using AI models to replace routine tasks or administrative work.

Demand for AI technology and machine learning remains high for employers in order to deliver improvements in productivity and increasing automation of processes.

Amidst shifting towards AI, employers are also seeking workers who are able to deeply understand and utilise the technology.
