Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) hosted its first virtual incubation graduation ceremony, with a total of 108 start-ups completing their incubation programmes and Science and Technology Entrepreneur Programme (STEP), according to an announcement.

The 78 incubation graduates come from Hong Kong, China, India, Taiwan, UK and US and have applied or registered for 41 patents, the highest in the past three years. The graduates also received 56 international and local invention awards.

Meanwhile, this year’s six Incu-Bio graduates will continue their R&D at Hong Kong Science Park, joining the current 140+ biotech partner companies to bring innovations that enhance human wellbeing, and enable more accurate diagnosis and cures.
