Harbour Centre's loss narrows to $17m in H1 2024

The basic loss per share was at $0.01.

Harbour Centre Development Limited narrowed its losses to $17m in the first half of the period ended in June (H1 2024). 

It improved by 48% year-on-year (YoY) from its net loss in the same period last year $33m. 

The company saw an underlying net profit amounting to $74m due to lower impairment provisions of $103m for Development Properties (DP).

Its revenue stood at $623m, which was 7.4% YoY lower than $673m in H1 2023.

Moreover, their operating profit increased by 14% YoY to $209m.

Meanwhile, the company’s both basic and diluted loss per share was at $0.01 compared to $0.02 in the same period of the preceding year.
