Gov’t appoints 19 members to new tourism committee
The new members will serve the committee until December 2025.
The government appointed 19 members to the newly established Tourism Strategy Committee.
The new members will serve the committee from 22 January to 31 December 2025.
The committee will provide the government with strategic advice and foster collaboration in tourism and other related sectors to promote the long-term and sustainable development of Hong Kong’s tourism industry.
"I look forward to working closely with members of the committee and joining hands with them to enhance the speed and quality of the development of Hong Kong's tourism industry and foster synergy between tourism and other related sectors,” Kevin Yeung, secretary for Culture, Sports & Tourism, said.
