Gov’t adds EAST Hong Kong as designated quarantine hotel

Inbound travellers undergoing quarantine can book the hotel starting 15 September.

EAST Hong Kong will be open to inbound travellers needing to undergo quarantine starting 15 September.

The government said the hotel joined the eighth cycle of the Designated Quarantine Hotel (DQH) Scheme. There are 62 hotels which are part of the scheme, offering around 23,600 rooms as a whole.

The eighth cycle of the scheme runs from 1 August to 31 October.

Prior to its inclusion in the scheme, only aircrew can undergo quarantine in the hotel.
