First Andaz Hong Kong hotel to rise in Central Crossing in 2027

The hotel will featuring 125 guestrooms and suites.

Hyatt Hotel Corp. will open Andaz Hong Kong Central hotel in the Central Crossing mixed-use project in 2027.

It is part of the hotel group’s management agreement with Wing Tai Properties Limited and CSI Properties Limited, and marks the first Andaz hotel in the city as Hyatt recently formed its Lifestyle Group.  

The Andaz Central hotel, set to feature 125 guestrooms and suites, an all-day restaurant, and a fitness centre, will be part of Central Crossing, a mixed-use project at 118 Wellington Street that features commercial offices, green spaces, and heritage architecture.

In a bid to cater to the entertainment and lifestyle markets, the project will debut the Andaz Village that will house wellbeing and gourmet brands, according to a release.
