Cathay Pacific holds tasting preview for new menu

It was created in collaboration with Tosca.

Cathay Pacific, in a release, invited media representatives to a food tasting preview to unveil details of its latest inflight menu, created in collaboration with Tosca.

It was held at the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong’s fine dining Italian restaurant, last Monday, 28 April 2014.

The new inflight menu promotion for First and Business Class passengers is the latest in a series of initiatives by Cathay Pacific to take Michelin dishes to the sky.

Tosca, awarded its first Michelin star in 2014, is helmed by two-Michelin-star chef, Pino Lavarra.
