Generali Hong Kong, Wonder partner to digitalise insurance premium payments

The collaboration leverages Citi's Spring by Citi® digital payment acceptance solution.

Generali Hong Kong and Bindo Labs, the developer of fintech platform Wonder, have collaborated to digitalise payment acceptance for insurance premium collections from policyholders in Hong Kong.

The collaboration leverages Citi's Spring by Citi® digital payment acceptance solution to enhance Generali's payment processing for a more unified customer experience.

It will also link premium collections with policy statuses through automated payment reconciliation and digital payment methods.

This collaboration marks the first time a global insurance company in Hong Kong can integrate with over 20 payment methods and manage the cost of acceptance.
