Standard Chartered named sole securities provider for First Sentier HK funds

The move strengthens the bank's fund services leadership across Asia.

First Sentier Group has appointed Standard Chartered as the sole securities services provider for its Hong Kong Unit Trust (HKUT), enabling the Group to achieve greater operational efficiency and economies of scale.

The mandate will consolidate First Sentier’s Hong Kong-domiciled funds, building on Standard Chartered’s existing support for the Group’s Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF).

This move reinforces Standard Chartered’s continued investment in trustee, fund administration, and international custody capabilities and infrastructure, strengthening its position as a leading fund services partner across Asia.
