Paragon Capital appoints Arthur Fong as CEO, Faye Ng as COO

The appointees bring over 30 and 15 years of finance experience, respectively.

Paragon Capital Management (HK) (PCMHK) has appointed Arthur Fong as chief executive officer (CEO) and Faye Ng as chief operating officer (COO).

Fong held various leadership roles in his 30-year career in the financial services industry, including positions at Citigroup Private Bank, UBS AG, and Bank of Singapore.

He was also amongst the first "IBF Fellows" conferred by the Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF), Singapore's standard-setting body for financial sector competencies.

Ng is a senior private banker with over 15 years of industry experience in both Hong Kong and Singapore, with expertise in Financial Intermediaries and Multi-family Offices.

Prior to this appointment, she served as executive director of Intermediaries at VP Wealth Management (Hong Kong) and held similar roles at Pictet & Cie (Europe) S.A. in Hong Kong and Bank Julius Baer & Co. in Singapore.
