HK places 4th in world’s leading financial centres ranking 

Whilst maintaining its ranking, the city’s rating improved by 19 points.

Hong Kong retained its position in the Global Financial Centres Index 34 Report published by Z/Yen, ranking fourth overall.

Data from the report showed that Hong Kong’s overall rating increased by 19 points to 741.

Hong Kong also ranked high in other areas of competitiveness, ranking 4th in business environment, human capital,  financial sector development, and reputational and general, and 7th in infrastructure,

Meanwhile, Hong Kong is poised to be amongst the centres to become more significant, with 50 mentions in the last 24 months.
