Hang Seng suspends services of branch along Nathan Road
ATM services were also not available.
Hang Seng Bank’s Mongkok Prestige & Preferred Banking Centre at 677 Nathan Road was temporarily suspended from service.
According to a release from Hang Seng Bank, automated Teller Machine services at the Centre are also currently not accessible until further notice.
However, services at other locations remain normal, the bank said.
Further, the release noted that customers are advised to use the Bank’s e-Banking or phone banking hotline (personal customers: 2822 0228 / commercial customers: 2198 8000) to meet their financial needs.
