CLP Power partners with Creative Property to promote low-carbon living
The partnership will encourage a low-carbon lifestyle for residents.
CLP Power Hong Kong Limited (CLP Power) has teamed up with Creative Property Services Consultants Limited (Creative Property) to address the impact of climate change and encourage residents to switch to e-bills, mobile payment services, and mobile apps and embrace low-carbon lifestyles.
The partnership will also focus on improving emergency response capabilities through power incident drills at housing estates.
Additionally, more than 90% of the over 120,000 residential units managed by Creative Property in CLP Power's supply area are now connected to smart meters. This allows residents to monitor their hourly electricity consumption via the CLP Power mobile app, helping them identify energy-saving opportunities.
Recently, CLP Power organised a seminar in partnership with the Property Management Services Authority and the Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies to share information with the property management industry on voltage dip mitigation measures and the handling of power incidents.
