Jobless rate holds steady at 3%
The number of jobless individuals however dropped by 1,700.
The jobless rate for the July to September period stood at 3%, unchanged from the June-to-August record.
Data from the Census & Statistics Department (C&SD) showed that the total number of unemployed people between July and September was 119,000, 1,700 less than the preceding period.
From July to September, the underemployment rate was also unchanged at 1.2%.
Meanwhile, total employment increased by 1,700 to 3,710,200, and the labour force remained about the same at 3,830,100.
