
HKSTP inks 9 partnership agreements to boost ties with Middle East
One of the partnerships involves Saudi Arabia's FII Institute.
The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) formed nine strategic partnerships with Middle Eastern entities to enhance Hong Kong’s connections with the Middle East in innovation, technology, and capital investment.
As part of its efforts, HKSTP tapped FII Institute to be a global strategic partner in the Global Connect programme,
The partners will connect 20 high-potential companies yearly between Hong Kong and the Middle East.
In addition, HKSTP signed a partnership agreement with venture capital firm Beta Lab, giving its Park companies access to Beta Lab's US$300m investment fund.
Meanwhile, seven HKSTP Park companies secured partnerships with Middle Eastern entities in logistics and connectivity and wellness and health tech.
