Tower I will be anchored by SOGO Kai Tak, a new Japanese-style department store.
Lifestyle International Holdings Limited (Lifestyle International) has announced the grand opening of The Twins Tower I, which is set to transform Hong Kong and become the city’s newest landmark and retail destination.
The Twins is the latest flagship project developed and operated by Lifestyle International, spanning eight years from land acquisition, conceptual development, and construction, to leasing.
The project represents a total investment of over HK$15b and is expected to generate around 3,800 jobs.
At over 1.1 million square feet of gross floor area, the Twins is a mixed-use commercial project comprising two towers, each standing 120 metres tall with 22 storeys above ground and 4 below ground.
The project covers 61,000 sq. ft. of greenery and two signature sky gardens to provide a leisure area.
Moreover, The Twins has also achieved the highest Provisional LEED and BEAM Plus Provisional Platinum certification to ensure that long-term operation will be guided by the standards of energy reduction and sustainability.
Tower I will be anchored by SOGO Kai Tak, a new Japanese-style department store. The new flagship project will host over 480 brands, including 22 renowned labels making their first appearance in Hong Kong by debuting their first brand retail venue at SOGO Kai Tak Store.
Shoppers can explore a variety of crafted zones tailored to their preferences, starting from beauty and beauty services on B1/F and G/F, international luxury and jewelry on G/F and 1/F, and ladies’ fashion, accessories, and lingerie on 2/F.
