LandsD opens public bidding for new Kowloon lot

Land sale documents are available online and for public inspection.

The New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6675 at Choi Ha Road, Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon, part of the 2025-26 Land Sale List, will be offered for public tender from 9 January to 6 February, the Lands Department (LandsD) announced in a gazette notice.

The site covers approximately 3,132 square metres, designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding godown, hotel, and petrol filling station.

It has a minimum gross floor area (GFA) of 16,913 sq. m., with a GFA for private residential use of 23,490 sq. m.

The maximum GFA for non-industrial purposes is calculated in accordance with the Conditions of Sale.
     
Land sale documents, including the Form of Tender, the Tender Notice, the Conditions of Sale and the sale plan of the lot will be available for download from the LandsD website from 9 January.

The sale plan may also be inspected publicly or purchased in hard copy at the Survey and Mapping Office, North Point Government Offices until the tender closes.

The tender particulars will also be published in the gazette on 9 January.
