Colliers' Chris Currie promoted to Head of Occupier Services in Hong Kong

John Davies and Terry Shum also joined the Hong Kong team as part of a series of promotions.

Colliers has strengthened its teams in Occupier Services and Industrial Advisory with several key appointments and promotions.

The company recently promoted real estate veteran Chris Currie to head of Occupier Servicesin Hong Kong. Currie, who has more than 16 years of industry experience, is responsible for integrating correlating lines of business to create an Occupier Services offering in Hong Kong, which includes Office Services, Project Management and Industrial Services.

John Davies and Terry Shum have also joined the Hong Kong Occupier Services business as Executive Director of Office Services and Director of Office Services, respectively. Davies and Shum are veterans in the Hong Kong real estate industry with more than 40 years of real estate experience between them. They bring an extensive knowledge of the property landscape in Hong Kong to Colliers, especially in Kowloon and the New Territories, and will work together to strengthen the Office Services business in those districts and grow the Industrial capability across all of Hong Kong.
