Yuen Long Town Lot No. 545 up for sale via tender

The tender starts on 15 March 2024 and ends on 28 June 2024.

The government announced the sale of Yuen Long Town Lot No. 545 at Fuk Wang and Wang Lee Street via tender from 15 March 2024 to 28 June 2024.

The site has a gfa of 161,500 sq m, occupying an area of approximately 32,440 sq m for developing multi-storey buildings for logistics, vehicle servicing, and maintenance purposes.

The developer will be required to hand over 30% of the maximum gfa to the government which it will manage and lease to brownfield operators displaced by government projects.

The tender will be conducted in a two-envelope approach wherein bidders will have to submit respective envelopes containing the non-premium proposals and premium proposals.

The sale plan is available for purchase at the Lands Department's Survey & Mapping Office, 6/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road during the tender period.
