World-Wide House top floors up for sale in Central

The receivership asset comprises two adjoining full-floor offices with vacant possession.

The 26th and 27th floors of World-Wide House, a Grade A office building at 19 Des Voeux Road Central in Hong Kong, have been put up for sale, according to its sole agent CBRE.

The receivership asset comprises two adjoining top-floor office properties with vacant possession. Each floor has a gross floor area of around 10,383 square feet, making the offering a rare full-floor vacant office asset in Central’s core district.

The property is positioned as a top-floor duplex with unobstructed Victoria Harbour views and a prime CBD location.

World-Wide House is also one of the few Grade A office towers directly above an MTR station and is connected by an elevated walkway to Landmark, several five-star hotels, and key commercial landmarks.

Zac Wong, senior director of capital markets at CBRE Hong Kong, said full-floor transactions at World-Wide House have historically reached up to around $44,000 per sq ft. He added that the current top-floor offering is being marketed at a noticeable discount to peak levels.
