Wellington Street mixed-use building listed for $250m sale

The building comprises 14 residential units and four commercial floors.

A 12-storey mixed-use building at 108/110 Wellington Street, Central, has been launched for en bloc sale via public tender, according to its sole agent Colliers.

The guide market valuation is approximately $250m.

Located adjacent to the Central–Mid-Levels Escalator and just minutes from Central MTR station and Lan Kwai Fong, the property sits in a high-footfall zone with strong commercial and lifestyle appeal.

With an approved gross floor area of approximately 13,906 square feet, the building comprises 14 residential units, four commercial floors, and around 1,300 sq ft ground-floor food and beverage outlet.

The asset is fully renovated and features lift access to all levels. It is also nearly fully leased to quality tenants, including a Japanese sashimi restaurant and several premium service providers.

The public tender is managed by Colliers, which has been appointed as the lead agent for the sale. The tender will close at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 18 December.
