Viva Place up for lease
The 27-storey building has a total gross floor area of 300,000 sq ft.
Viva Place, Viva Properties' Grade A commercial building at No. 36 Heung Yip Road in the Island South, is up for lease. The property will be completed in the fourth quarter of the year.
JLL, the leasing agent and property manager for Viva Place, said the new building has green spaces, including terraces with greenery, a sky garden on the 16th floor, and a rooftop garden.

The 27-storey property has a total gross floor area of approximately 300,000 square feet and a sizable floor plate of 12,000 square feet. Each floor has a floor-to-ceiling height of 2.9 metres.
